Meet Sarah Herndon.
Less
than a month after his break-up, the most decorated Olympian of all
time met this 22-year-old waitress just before Christmas in Cabo San
Lucas, Mexico where Herndon was vacationing with her family.
While
out dancing at a nightclub with her three sisters, she was asked to
join Phelps, 27, at his table by a worker. At that time, the swimmer had
just split from Rossee, a model whom he dated for less than a year.
“We danced but we were just more talking,” Herndon recounted Celebuzz of
their initial meeting, during a revealing and exclusive
interview.”There was definitely an attraction but nothing really
happened that night. We both talked about how we were both recently
single. He didn’t say a lot. He just said it didn’t work out [with
Megan], it didn’t sound to fun, I think that’s just what happens when
you break up with people.”
“When
we left, he asked for my number. And he ended up getting in touch with
me the next day,” Sarah added, revealing that they “kissed” and “got to
know each other” during their next meeting.
Since
then, Phelps swept Herndon off her feet — charming the brunette beauty
with an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas complete with
a lobster-fishing expedition.
“We
were holding hands and he was putting his arm around me when I was
cold, he’s really caring and affectionate. He would kiss me in front of
his friends – you could tell he was happy to have me there,” she gushed.

In
an ongoing lawsuit, filed in 2010 against Gaga and her then-boyfriend,
producer Rob Fusari, Starland reveals that Gaga — whose real name
isStefani Germanotta — openly admitted to sleeping with Fusari inside
her recording studio.
“Stefani
just said, you know, we’re having sex at the studio so I don’t know if
you want to be there for that,” Starland said during an Oct. 28, 2011
deposition, filed just last month.
“She
never told me not to come,” Starland added. “She just told me what was
happening, and I came to my own conclusions that I would prefer not to
watch.”
“Stefani
was more explicit about the nature of their relationship at the studio
regarding their romantic relationship … and that they, in substance,
wanted their privacy and that it wouldn’t be appropriate or a good thing
for me to be there,” she said of Gaga, who has never been one to shy
away from her sexual proclivities.
“It
was, I guess, a bit more graphic when I heard the stories from
Germanotta regarding the reason why I would be considered an intrusion.”

They say white is the color of innocence and tranquility — well, bad boy hip-hop star Chris Brown certainly tried to channel that at the 2013 Grammy Awards.
In recent weeks, Brown got involved in an alleged brawl with Grammy winner Frank Ocean at
a Los Angeles recording studio, while the Los Angeles District Attorney
also claimed he skipped community service as part of his probation for
assaulting Rihanna four years ago.
Then on Saturday, he
crashed his Porsche into a wall on the way to a children’s charity
event before attending the Roc Nation pre-Grammy brunch. Brown was
“ruthlessly pursued by paparazzi,” his rep said.
“It’s cool. I’m fine,” Brown told E!’s Ryan Seacrest before
Sunday’s ceremony at Staples Center (You can watch the interview after
the jump). “A little bit of bumps. I’m good though.”
And
when he stepped out on the red carpet before the world’s press at
music’s night of nights, he looked more like ‘an angel’ than ‘a devil’
for the assembled crowds.
“Like most artists, Chris Brown has experienced turmoil both in his personal and professional life,” his stylist, Daver Campbell, told Celebuzz in an exclusive interview.
“White is associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity and virginity and considered to be the color of perfection.”
Campbell and his styling partner, Ugo Mozie,
helped mastermind Brown’s red carpet look which compromised of a white
Lanvin suit and shirt matched with Dries Van Noten shoes, plus a David
Yurman ring and Rolex watch.
The
all-white ensemble got the vote of approval from Brown’s on-again,
off-again girlfriend Rihanna and perfectly complimented her stunning all

And
although he stayed seated to clap Ocean when he beat himout for Best
Urban Contemporary Album, Brown’s stylist claims the “Look at Me Now”
singer’s outfit reflected how he really felt on the night.
“White
represents a successful beginning and only being in the second month of
the new year, we wanted to vocalize this with little to no words,”
revealed Ugo Mozie.
“I believe Chris wearing white speaks volumes and establish a new journey and peace in his self and rising career in music.”
The
two stylists worked closely with Brown to come-up with his Grammy night
style and revealed the star was “excited” about attending the event,
despite having a tough few weeks.
Campbell
and Mozie had three fittings with Brown before he walked the red carpet
in a bid to make sure that it was tailored to perfection.
Fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will be the first to admit that Melissa Gorga’s tiny, vest-wearing husband, Joe, has a pretty nice body.
Well,
now, the citizens of The Garden State can see his perfect pecs whenever
they’re driving on the highway, thanks to a new billboard for a local
tanning salon.
Located in Totowa, NJ, the billboard — which went up on Thursday — features a burly and bronzed Joe wearing nothing much more than a goatee and a bandana as he urges people to check out JoeSizzle.com for discounts on tanning at Sizzle Tan.
According to photographer Manny Carabel, Housewives cameras caught all the photo shoot action, as Joe’s wife, Melissa Gorga, cheered him on in the background — even giving him posing pointers.
And as luck would have it, Celebuzz obtained
some of the photos from the shoot, in which Joe takes his signature
shirtless style to the next level. We’re talking flexing, push-ups and
more — all in front of a tanning bed!
And if Sizzle Tan sounds at all familiar, it’s because Joe’s estranged sister, Teresa Giudice,
filmed a commercial for the same salon about two and a half years ago.
Which, given their tumultuous relationship both on and off the show,
could spell even more trouble ahead, according to our sources.
“Teresa has always complained that her family, especially sister-in-law Melissa, copy her style,” a source told Celebuzz on Friday. ”Well, now her brother has done it too.”
